Our Foundation

The vision and foundation behind Sugar and Smoke starts with Andrea Robinson. Robinson knew there was a need for traditional Southern cuisine, Southern hospitality, sophistication and fun in PIttsburgh. Then Sugar and Smoke was born! We proudly use locally sourced ingredients to take a modern spin on down-home favorites such as slow-smoked brisket, lobster po’boys, hush puppies, fried green tomato sandwiches.

Our Space

Featuring two main dining rooms, a downstairs banquet hall, a lounge for more intimate gatherings, plus a patio with outdoor seating and a spacious bar that will specialize in Southern-style cocktails, Sugar and Smoke is the perfect addition to an evolving neighborhood.
